- Wheat flour with yeast 200 grams2 cup

- Lactose Zero Milk (italac) 100 ml1 cup
- Lactose Zero Margarine2 tablespoon
- Sugar 200 grams1 cup
- Nescau3 tablespoon
- Add the liquids to the blender and process for approximately 3 minutes, or until everything is well homogeneous.
- Gradually add the sugar and beat
- In a bowl add the contents of the blender and add the wheat flour with baking powder, stir until the dough is very homogeneous.
- Separate a small amount and add the Nescau to give the cake a detail.
- Grease a form with Zero lactose butter and add the contents of the bowl.
- Bake in a preheated oven for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. Bake for approximately 40 minutes.
