Ripe dwarf banana2 unit(s)
Crushed Brazil nuts1/2 cup
Medium flaked oats1 cup
Peanut Butter4 tablespoon
Sugar-free white chocolate60 g
Brazil Nuts6 unit(s)

Start by mashing the bananas well with a fork until they form a cream.
Add the crushed chestnuts and rolled oats and mix well.
Make balls (add more oats if necessary) and set aside.
Grease a pan with a little butter and oat bran
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
Melt chocolate in microwave every 15 seconds
When the chocolate is well melted add the peanut butter and mix well until smooth, set aside.
With your hands, flatten the balls into the shape of cookies.
Bake for 20 minutes
Wait for it to cool and unmold
Place the white chocolate peanut butter filling
Garnish with Brazil Nuts
