- Crushed Brazil nuts1/2 cup
- Medium flaked oats1 cup
- Peanut Butter4 tablespoon
- Sugar-free white chocolate60 g
- Brazil Nuts6 unit(s)
- Start by mashing the bananas well with a fork until they form a cream.
- Add the crushed chestnuts and rolled oats and mix well.
- Make balls (add more oats if necessary) and set aside.
- Grease a pan with a little butter and oat bran
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
- Melt chocolate in microwave every 15 seconds
- When the chocolate is well melted add the peanut butter and mix well until smooth, set aside.
- With your hands, flatten the balls into the shape of cookies.
- Bake for 20 minutes
- Wait for it to cool and unmold
- Place the white chocolate peanut butter filling
- Garnish with Brazil Nuts
- Serve immediately 😋 Great snack option to serve during national team matches 🇧🇷
