- raisins1 cup
- Baking powder (royal)1 tablespoon
- Blend everything in a blender (except the yeast)
- Gradually add rolled oats until you reach the point of cake batter.
- turn off the blender
- Add the yeast and mix well
- Place in cupcake molds
- Place in a preheated oven at 180°
- Bake around 15 minutes
- Tip: do the toothpick test
- For the topping: in the mixer, beat a pot of fresh cream, until it forms a whipped cream.
