- Whole grape juice200 ml
- Colorless Gelatin12 g
- Vegetable cooking cream100 g
- 100% stevia sweetener to taste
- Vanilla Essence to taste
- Strawberries4 unit(s)
- Dissolve a packet of colorless gelatin with 5 tablespoons of hot water, stir until well dissolved, and mix in the whole grape juice;
- Put it in dessert bowls and take it to the fridge until it's firmer;
- Dissolve 1 teaspoon of colorless gelatin with 5 teaspoons of hot water, mix until well dissolved, and add 100 grams of vegetable culinary cream with vanilla essence and a few drops of 100% stevia sweetener. Mix well;
- Place the white cream over the gelatin with grape juice, chop the strawberries and sprinkle unsweetened grated coconut on top.
- OBS.: leave to prepare the white cream when the gelatine with the grape juice has already hardened. If you don't have problems with lactose, you can use milk cream instead of vegetable cream.
