Water

Sugar half kg

3 liter glass jar

Sieve

Apple vinegar

Pica uma maçã  com casca , acrescenta  dois litros de água e meio quilo de açúcar ou meia. Colocar  dentro de uma vasilha (não de alumínio), cobrir  com um pano limpo e esperar  até  que termine  de fermentar. Se depois de fermentado, coar e colocar  em frascos esterilizados. Do mesmo modo se faz vinagre de banana.

Chop an apple with the skin, add two liters of water and half a kilo of sugar or half. Place in a bowl (not aluminum), cover with a clean cloth and wait until it finishes fermenting. If after fermenting, strain and place in sterilized jars. In the same way, banana vinegar is made.
