- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Chili1/2 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Garlic1 to taste
- Mozzarella cheese5 to taste
- Salt1 to taste
- Shoyu Sauce2 tablespoon
- Wash and cut the eggplants into slices of about 1 cm Season with salt and Shoyu sauce and set aside.
- Filling Remove the skin from the sausage and separate well with a fork to resemble ground beef. Cut the onion , bell pepper , tomato finely chopped and add to the crushed garlic and season with salt to taste . Put the grated mozzarella cheese or slices of mozzarella cut into strips. Mix it up.
- Place the stuffing on top of each eggplant slice. Grease the Air Frayre with a brush and a drop of olive oil. Roast the eggplant slices in the Air Frayre for 15 minutes. Bon appetit 😋
