- In a frying pan, place the peeled bananas, spread cinnamon on top, and drip water to help with the cooking. When cooked and caramelized, turn off the heat and set aside.
- In a blender, add the eggs, milk, flour, xylitol and salt, beat until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
- In a heated skillet greased with oil, pour the dough until it dries slightly, then fill with the bananas and chocolate and serve hot.
