- Amaranth1 tablespoon
- Brown flaxseed1 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)

- Coconut milk3 tablespoon
- Cocoa powder 100%1 tablespoon
- Brown Sugar1 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast1 coffee spoon
- Coconut3 tablespoon
- Coconut Milk Powder2 tablespoon
- Water3 tablespoon
- Sweetener1 to taste
- Chocolate 70% water0 to taste
- Water3 tablespoon
- Pinch of salt1 to taste
- In a bowl put the egg, sugar, coconut milk and mix well, mash the banana in a plate and add it to the mixture along with the oat bran, amaranth, linseed, cocoa powder, olive oil and salt . Stir well and lastly add the baking soda. Place in a bowl greased with olive oil that can go into the microwave and leave for 2 or 2:30 minutes.
- For the filling: In a small bowl, place the grated coconut, powdered coconut milk, water and sweetener. Mix well and set aside until the cake cools down.
- To the roof: Melt the 70% chocolate in the microwave and add water, mix well and, with the help of a spoon, distribute over the top to decorate.
