- Flaxseed1 coffee spoon
- Chia1 coffee spoon
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Whole wheat flour or the flour of your choice2 tablespoon
- Beat the egg with the help of a fork.
- Mash the bananas together with the eggs.
- Add the chia, flaxseed and cinnamon and mix well.
- Add the flour and mix.
- In a non-stick frying pan, place a small portion of the dough, and as soon as it's golden, turn to brown the other side.
- Repeat until the dough runs out.
