- Oat flakes4 tablespoon
- 100% cocoa powder1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Coconut spray or olive oil to taste
- Strawberries, halved6 to taste
- Mash the bananas completely. In a refractory add 4 tablespoons of oat flakes and 1 tablespoon of 100% cocoa powder. Mix very well, then add the mashed bananas and stir until a homogeneous mass is formed. Transfer to a roasting pan greased with coconut spray or olive oil and make small balls with the spoon. After distributing them evenly, press with a fork to shape them. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 18 minutes. Then decorate with sliced strawberries and sprinkle with cinnamon to taste. And it's ready to enjoy! Ideal to accompany a fresh coffee or tea.
