- Natural yogurt170 ml
- Corn or coconut oil100 ml
- Chopped dark chocolate100 g
- Corn starch4 tablespoon
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- I made this cake without a blender, it is very practical, I mashed the bananas with a fork and added the other ingredients, finally I mixed the chopped chocolate and the yeast, poured the dough in a greased shape and took it to the preheated oven for 40 minutes, after that just wait for it to cool, unmold and enjoy this delight with a nice cup of coffee.
