- Ginger1 dessert spoon
- Hondashi to taste
- Sesame oil to taste
- In a bowl, bring the water to a boil to cook the beef. Cut the chicken and bacon into cubes, grate the carrot, remove the cauliflower and broccoli into florets and cut the rest diagonally. Season the chicken of your choice and add the ginger.
- As soon as the water boils, add the beef and turn off the heat. Release with a chopstick and let it cook for 1 minute. Drain and reserve.
- You will sauté each item separately, always seasoning with hondashi (except the bacon) and put it in another separate wok. After everything is sautéed, add the bifum, add sesame oil and sauté everything together to mix the flavors.
