- Beef broth1 l
- Fresh cream150 ml
- Clove10 unit(s)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Cook the peeled beets in the broth along with the cloves.
- While the beets are cooking, sauté the cabbage cut into strips with olive oil. Season with salt and pepper
- Remove the cloves and beat the beets in the blender with the cooking broth.
- Season the cream with salt and pepper and add the fresh cream. Mix well and serve with the cabbage on top.
