- Japanese Cucumber with Peel1/2 unit(s)

- Onion1 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vinegar1 tablespoon
- Mint10 unit(s)
- After sanitizing well, cut or grate the broccoli flowers and sauté with a spoon (coffee) of olive oil and salt to taste, for two minutes. Transfer to a bowl and let cool!
- Cut the onion, cucumber and tomato into small cubes and mint leaves, then add to the sautéed broccoli;
- At the end, add the vinegar, a drizzle of olive oil, correct the salt and mix well, then just enjoy your delicious tabbouleh.
