- Cooked brown rice300 g
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Cornmeal4 tablespoon
- Olive oil100 ml
- shredded mozzarella cheese100 g
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Water at room temperature100 ml
- Salt to taste
- In the blender I beat all the ingredients except the yeast that I added last and mixed with a spoon. It's very fast, there's no problem.
- You can replace the cornmeal with oatmeal, rice flour or almond flour if you prefer. I used marmitinhas to bake the pies but you can use a normal cake pan.
- I greased the marmitinhas with olive oil, put a part of the dough, a part of the stuffing and finally I covered it with the dough, before taking it to the oven I put grated cheese, chopped parsley and sesame on top. I put it in the oven for 35 minutes.
- This dough goes with any filling, I used a very healthy soy protein filling with carrot and broccoli.
