- Cooked Butter Beans150 g
- Tapioca1 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Coconut oil2 tablespoon
- Cooked and shredded chicken200 g
- grated carrot1 unit(s)
- Chopped Tomato1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Chimichurri to taste
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Flaxseed1 dessert spoon
- In the blender I beat the eggs, the beans, the oil, a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper.
- In a bowl, I mixed the shredded chicken (which was already seasoned) with the carrot and chopped tomato.
- I added the mixture from the blender to the chicken stuffing, added the tapioca and yeast and mixed well. I greased a loaf pan with olive oil, poured the dough, put linseed on top and baked in a preheated oven at 200° for 35 minutes.
- It's delicious and super light 😋
