- Ground beef500 g
- Grated Mozzarella300 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Seasonings to taste
- Cut three cabbage slices to make the "bed"
- Season the meat to taste
- Assemble the layers: cabbage, meat, grated mozzarella and finally the egg.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°.
- Remove the paper when the meat is ready and let it brown.
