Corte três rodelas de repolho pata fazer a "cama"

Cut three cabbage slices to make the "bed"

Monte as camadas: repolho, carne, muçarela ralada e por último o ovo.

Assemble the layers: cabbage, meat, grated mozzarella and finally the egg.

Cubra com parei alumínio e leve ao forno pré aquecido a 180°

Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°.

Retire o papel quando a carne estiver no ponto e deixe dourar.

Remove the paper when the meat is ready and let it brown.
