- Put water in a pan and let it boil, cut the cabbage stalk and place the leaf in hot water, leave for 1 min and remove. Do this on all sheets
- For the tuna pate, take a can of tuna and remove the oil, add the lemon, mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard and mix well.
- Grate the carrot in the fine grater and cut the cherry tomatoes in half
- For the assembly, take the sheet, and add a slice of cheese, a little tuna pâté, the carrot and the tomato, add a little salt and roll it up, do this until all the pâté is used up!
