- Pumpkin Cabotia300 g
- Whole or semi-skimmed milk3 tablespoon
- Cream cheese2 tablespoon
- Garlic to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cut the pumpkin into pieces and cook with little salt.
- cook until softened
- Drain and remove the pulp from the pumpkin.
- Mash the pumpkin well. Reserve
- In a pan, sauté the garlic until golden.
- Add the milk and let it boil
- Add the pumpkin, cream cheese and mix well.
- Taste for salt and add a little more if necessary.
- Turn off the fire and wait for it to cool
- To form a very smooth puree, hit the processor or blender.
- Serve immediately
