- Chicken Breast500 g

- Olive Oil2 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
- Cut the chicken breast into pieces and cook.
- In a blender or food processor, place the eggs, olive oil, cheese and salt and blend. Gradually add the cooked chicken and continue blending until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. It will be a thick dough, similar to a pâté. Add the yeast.
- Pour the mixture into a loaf pan (I used silicone) and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
