- Small Lime1/2 unit(s)
- Coarsely cracked walnuts3 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Sea Salt to taste
- Grated Parmesan Cheese1 tablespoon
- Cut the zucchini into very thin slices and season with lemon and salt. Leave marinating in the fridge for 15 minutes until dehydrated well.
- Discard the liquid that released and place the zucchini slices on the serving plate.
- Cover with the Parmesan, arrange the walnut pieces and drizzle with the olive oil. Serve immediately.
