- Ground beef (stew)250 g
- Water (Release Natural Fat)100 ml
- White Rice1 cup
- Bacon (chopped)1 tablespoon
- Smoked Turkey Breast (chopped)1 tablespoon
- Onion (Medium chopped)1 unit(s)
- Tomato (Big chopped)1 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove (chopped)1 unit(s)
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Hot water for cooking3 cup
- Oregano1 to taste
- Katchup (to give a very reddish color)1 to taste
- Hard-boiled egg (dish decoration)2 unit(s)
- Cassava flour (dish decoration)1 to taste
- In a pan add the stew and water. The water serves to release the natural fat from the food. I let the water dry.
- Add the tomato, onion and garlic to the stew and let it sauté.
- I add the Bacon, the smoked turkey breast and the rice and I cook it well over low heat, stirring constantly. For a minute.
- I put hot water in my cart, ketchup, oregano and salt. Let it cook until the rice dries and is cooked.
- After it is ready on the plate already served, I spread manioc flour and chopped egg on top.
