- Vegetable (or whole) milk2 tablespoon
- Sugar will take or Xylitol2 tablespoon
- Oat flour or bran5 tablespoon
- Yeast1 coffee spoon
- Take the carrot, eggs, sugar and milk to the blender.
- Beat all the ingredients very well, add the flour, mix and add the yeast
- Place the dough in a greased mold, bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 30 minutes.
- Coverage: melted semisweet chocolate
