- chopped carrot1 cup
- eggs2 unit(s)
- sugar6 tablespoon
- wheat flour6 tablespoon
- vegetable oil4 tablespoon
- chemical yeast powder1 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence1 teaspoon
- Process eggs, oil, vanilla, carrots and sugar in a blender. Then add the wheat flour to this mixture. When the dough is well homogeneous, add the yeast and beat lightly. Our dough will be ready. Make pancakes with the help of a tablespoon. For the measurement in the photo, I used two tablespoons of the dough to form each one. Bake in a non-stick skillet over LOW heat and muffled with a lid. Spread just a little butter or margarine on your skillet to grease. One minute on one side and 25 seconds on the other side is enough for your pancakes to look beautiful. To serve, use the syrup or jam of your choice. We use hazelnut cream: Nutella. I served mine for breakfast ♥️👆 What's up? did you like the recipe?
