- Shredded and Seasoned Chicken to taste
- Cooked Aipim200 g
- Oat flour2 tablespoon
- Green Spices to taste
- Grated Minas cheese to taste
- Knead the already cooked cassava, gradually add the oatmeal, beating with your hand. At the end, add the chicken and cheese, then make dumplings with your hands. Bake in the oven for 15 minutes on a non-stick baking sheet or in the air fryer. *Note: if you don't have a non-stick roast or air fryer, take it in a non-stick skillet with a thread of olive oil until golden on both sides of the cupcake, over low heat.
