- Coconut milk200 ml
- Fresh grated coconut200 g
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Sugar1 cup
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- In a bowl I mixed the sugar, eggs and butter well with a wooden spoon until it became a cream, I added the milk, salt and the grated cassava.
- Finally, I added the yeast and grated coconut, poured all the dough in a greased shape with oil and took it to the preheated oven at 200° for 50min.
