- grated pepperoni150 g
- Rice flour100 g
- Corn starch80 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Olive oil100 ml
- Natural yogurt100 g
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Green Smell to taste
- Cream cheese to taste
- Salt to taste
- Chemical yeast for cake1 tablespoon
- In the blender I beat the eggs, yogurt, oil, salt and the cooked cassava, finally I added the dry ingredients and mixed with a spoon.
- I sautéed the pepperoni with the onion, added the tomato and green smell and let it cool.
- In a greased shape with oil I poured a part of the dough, over all the stuffing, cream cheese to taste and finally the rest of the dough. Before putting it in the oven, I decorated it with pepperoni slices, cherry tomatoes and sesame, in a preheated oven at 200° for 35min.
