- Tilapia fillet300 g
- Cauliflower300 g
- Potatoes200 g

- Olive oil to taste
- Salt, pepper, paprika to taste
- Green smell to taste
- I cut the tilapia fillets into pieces and seasoned with salt, pepper, paprika and lemon. In a refractory I put tomatoes, onions, peppers in slices, arranged the pieces of fish on top and covered with more slices of tomato, onion, peppers and potatoes, drizzled with olive oil and took it to the oven for 20 minutes.
- I crushed the cauliflower in the processor and sauteed it with olive oil and garlic, added a little water and cooked it for 10 minutes, seasoned it with salt and pepper and finished it off with parsley.
- I took the fish out of the oven and served it with cauliflower rice and a cucumber and tomato salad.
