- Natural skimmed yogurt180 g
- Light cottage cheese1 cup
- Dried Thyme1/2 teaspoon
- Cauliflower florets cooked al dente3 cup
- Wholemeal bread (toasted and crumbled)1 unit(s)
- Grated Parmesan2 tablespoon
- Preheat the oven to 250°C.
- In a medium bowl, combine the yogurt, curd and thyme and, in a small ovenproof dish, arrange the cauliflower florets.
- Pour the yogurt mixture over the cauliflower, sprinkle with the crumbled bread and grated cheese.
- Bake for approximately 10 minutes until browned.
