- Whole cauliflower1 unit(s)
- Ground duckling200 g
- Lactose free milk100 ml
- Light cottage cheese1 tablespoon
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Light Mozzarella Cheese100 g
- Flour1 tablespoon
- Cook the whole cauliflower in a pan with boiling water and salt.
- Saute the ground duckling well, season with salt and pepper.
- With the braised meat and the cooked cauliflower fill the spaces in the cauliflower with the braised meat (you can substitute turkey breast)
- In the blender, beat the milk, the curd and the flour, season with salt and pepper and take it to the fire until it thickens.
- As soon as it thickens, pour it over the cauliflower covering it whole, finish with the grated cheese and take it to the preheated oven until the cheese is browned.
