- cauliflower2 cup

- grated cheese1/2 cup
- breadcrumbs1/2 cup
- Salt and pepper to taste. l
- Oil for greasing. to taste
- Separate the cauliflower bouquets and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, or until tender but not mushy.
- Drain well and dry with a paper towel.
- Then cut into pieces and set aside.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Grease a non-stick baking sheet with oil.
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients and knead to incorporate.
- With the help of 2 spoons, make the dumplings and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, turning halfway through to brown both sides.
