- grated small onion1 unit(s)
- minced garlic1 tablespoon
- salt1 to taste
- nutmeg1 to taste
- black pepper1 to taste
- dehydrated herbs1 to taste
- extra virgin olive oil1 tablespoon
- Saute onion and garlic in oil. Add the vegetables and enough filtered water just to cover.
- Do not add too much water, as the cream should be consistent. Add the seasonings. Let it cook until the vegetables are very young. Pass the mix
- Serve with shredded chicken, minced beef or grilled tofu. Sprinkle with salted granola or seed mix.
