- Chopped Parsley3 tablespoon
- grated cheese1/2 cup
- Flaxseed Flour1/2 cup
- Salt and pepper1 to taste
- Oil for greasing1 coffee spoon
- Separate the cauliflower bouquets and leave for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Do not wash, then cut them into pieces and separate.
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Grease a non-stick baking sheet with oil.
- Place in a bowl and mix all the ingredients and knead to incorporate with 1 spoon.
- Make the dumplings and place them on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 18 minutes, turning halfway through to brown both sides.
