- cauliflower, cut into florets, steamed al dente for 6 minutes1 unit(s)
- Freshly grated Parmesan cheese50 g
- Minas cured Canastra cheese, finely chopped60 g
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground pepper mix to taste
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Preheat the oven to maximum degree for 10 minutes.
- Grease a refractory with a little oil. Spread with a brush or paper towel.
- Season the cauliflower florets with salt and pepper to taste and distribute in the greased refractory.
- Distribute the pieces of cheese over the entire obrefratory.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top, distributing well throughout the refractory.
- Bake in the oven until golden. Maximum 30 minutes.
