Cauliflower in white sauce and cheese

- Cottage cheese1 cup
- grated cheese100 g
- Milk1 cup
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Wheat flour1 tablespoon
- Mozzarella100 g
- Chopped chives5 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- Cook the two cauliflower stems for 5 minutes. Reserve on a platter. In a pan fry the garlic in the butter, when it is golden add the milk and wheat flour. As soon as the sauce is thickening, add the curd, cream, grated cheese and salt. Mix until the sauce is homogeneous. Place over the cauliflower and on top of the sauce distribute the mozzarella and chives. Put it in the oven for 10 minutes and it's done.
