- Shrimp300 g
- Leek1 unit(s)
- Garlic (clove)2 unit(s)

- Olive oil50 ml
- White wine50 ml
- Butter50 g
- Sicilian lemon1 unit(s)
- Salt and Black Pepper to taste
- Grill the prawns in olive oil with salt and pepper, set aside.
- Cut the cauliflower into pieces and blend in a blender or food processor until it becomes a coarse crumb.
- In the same pan you sautéed the shrimp, sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil and then add the cauliflower. Let it cook until the cauliflower is soft.
- Add the zest and juice of the Sicilian lemon. Then go back with the shrimp and adjust the salt and pepper. Put the butter and finish with the parsley and chives, serve.
