- lasagna noodles200 g
- Cheese700 g
- Garlic3 unit(s)
- Butter2 tablespoon
- liquid milk2 cup
- Ground beef500 g
- Water700 ml
- Cumin1 tablespoon
- Tomato Extract1 cup
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- First, cook the pasta in hot water in a pan, just softening it a little and set it aside.
- For the meat, add oil in another pan, heat it up, add garlic and onion, cook and brown them, adding tomato paste, pepper and cumin, cooking for 25 minutes on low heat and the meat will be ready.
- Now for the white sauce, add in another pan the butter, liquid milk, chopped onion and wheat flour, stirring until it is united and thick, forming the white sauce.
- Now take a metal baking sheet, add a layer of pasta, white sauce, ground beef and cheese. Alternate this between layers until you fill with slices of cheese at the end, making the recipe ready.
