- Milk2 tablespoon
- Golden flaxseed flour1 cup
- In the processor, beat the mozzarella, ricotta and catupiry until you get a homogeneous mass, make balls and take it to the fridge for 1 hour.
- Beat the eggs and milk, season with salt and pepper, as well as the flaxseed flour.
- Pass the balls in the milk and then in the flaxseed flour, take them to the airfryer for 15 min.
