- Chicken drumsticks400 g
- cornmeal1 cup

- Chopped Garlic1 tablespoon
- Green and red bell pepper2 tablespoon
- Salt, oil, pepper, paprika to taste
- Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, paprika and a little vinegar.
- I put a drizzle of olive oil in a pan and added the chicken pieces, sealed them on both sides, added the minced garlic, sautéed together and added the onion and bell pepper, added water and cooked for 30 minutes over medium heat.
- In a pan with the fire off, I dissolved the cornmeal in the water, took it to the fire, seasoned with salt and pepper and added 1 tablespoon of butter. On a low heat, stir well until you cook all the cornmeal and become very creamy.
- I put the polenta on the plate and on top of the drumstick, watered it with the chicken broth that was very juicy.
