Recipe

Chicken breast cut into medium cubes200 g
Red bell pepper cut into medium pieces1/4 cup
Red onion, cut into medium pieces1/4 cup
Softened unsalted butter to taste
Minced garlic1 teaspoon
Chopped fresh sage to taste
Spicy paprika to taste
Sea salt to taste
Squeezed lemon1 teaspoon
Wooden skewers for skewers3 unit(s)

In a bowl, season the chicken cubes with garlic, lemon, paprika, salt and sage. Leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
Skewer the chicken cubes on the skewer alternating with the onion and pepper pieces.
With the help of a brush, spread the butter all over the skewer.
Place in a preheated air fryer at 180°C for 5 minutes.
Remove and brush with more butter, return to the air fryer and bake for another 2 minutes or until completely cooked through.
