- Diced chicken breast400 g
- Champignon mushroom200 g
- Onion brunoise (small cubes)1/2 unit(s)
- Sour cream200 g
- Cottage cheese1 tablespoon
- ketchup1 tablespoon
- Yellow Mustard1 tablespoon
- Leek, cut into very thin julienne strips2 unit(s)
- Oil for frying1 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Parsley and chives to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- In a pan with a thick bottom add olive oil and brown the chicken cubes already seasoned with salt and pepper.
- When they are well browned, add the onion and mushrooms, sauté until the onion is transparent.
- Then add the cream, the cottage cheese, the ketchup and the mustard, stir so that everything is incorporated
- Finish with chopped parsley and chives
- Heat the oil and deep-fry the leek julienne until lightly golden.
