- Fine herbs to taste
- Turmeric to taste
- Broccoli (optional) to taste

- Butter or olive oil to taste

- Cut the chicken breast in half starting with the largest part.
- Season the chicken with salt, fine herbs, turmeric and seasonings of your choice both outside and inside
- Take 1 slice of cheese and 1 slice of ham, make rolls and place inside the chicken
- Close the chicken breast with toothpicks
- Place the chicken breasts in a roasting pan
- Rub butter or olive oil on the top of the chicken Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese
- Cover the baking sheet with aluminum foil Bake for approximately 40 minutes (oven at 200ºC)
