- Medium sweet potato3 unit(s)
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Ricotta paste2 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan Cheese1 tablespoon
- Skimmed liquid milk100 g
- Salt to taste
- Chicken400 g
- Cumin1 teaspoon
- Crushed garlic1 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Chives20 g
- Coriander15 g
- Tomato Extract1 tablespoon
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Boil the potatoes and mash them;
- Add the butter, ricotta, Parmesan cheese and milk to the potatoes;
- Put the puree on the fire, mix everything, wait for it to boil and turn off the fire;
- Treat the chicken and cut into cubes;
- In another pan, put the oil;
- Add the chicken, cumin, garlic, salt, chives, cilantro and homemade tomato paste, chopped tomatoes and water;
- Cook the chicken and shred it;
- Line the bottom of the dish with the puree. It doesn't have to be a thick layer;
- Put the chicken;
- Cover with the rest of the puree;
- Add Parmesan cheese to taste;
- Bake in the oven until golden.
