- chickpeas2 cup
- sour cream2 unit(s)

- olive oil1 tablespoon
- butter1 tablespoon
- tapioca gum or sour starch1 tablespoon
- For the pasta: Soak the chickpeas for at least 8 hours. After you have done that, discard the water and cook in a pressure cooker with water covering the grains and add salt. Let it cook until pressure is reached, turn off the heat, the chickpeas will be ready.
- In a food processor or blender, place the chickpeas, half a small onion and two cloves of garlic, and a teaspoon of chimichurri. Then put the dough in a greased shape with olive oil and take it to the oven for 15 minutes.
- Stuffing: In a pan, place half a chopped onion with a tablespoon of butter. Sauté and add the spinach, salt, cream and a spoon of tapioca gum or sour starch. Stir for a few minutes, then turn off the heat and let it cool.
- To finish, remove the dough from the oven and put stuffing on top and take it to the oven for 10 minutes. will be ready to serve
