- Firm Tofu200 g
- Roasted red pepper on the stovetop1 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove2 unit(s)
- Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Beat all the ingredients in a mini-processor until you form a homogeneous cream.
- If you prefer, replace the pepper with dried tomato or add it to the recipe, which is also very tasty.
- Serve with whatever you prefer, such as rice crackers, tapioca, bread (I suggest with the skillet bread here in the recipes)
