- Fresh cream400 ml
- Almond slivers50 g
- Heat the fresh cream, without boiling (it can be in the microwave)
- In a blender or mixer, add the chocolate and the heated cream.
- Beat for 5 minutes
- add the almonds
- Finally, refrigerate for about 4 hours, and it's ready!
