- Raw Lentils1/2 cup
- Water1 cup
- Bitter Cocoa2 tablespoon
- Sweetener or Sugar to taste
- The night before, soak the lentils and water.
- The next day, put the lentils together with the water to soak in the blender and add the cocoa and sweetener and beat well.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan with a little oil over medium low heat. Put the dough leaving it not too low so that they get chubby. When it got a little golden on the bottom; with a plastic spatula to turn to brown the other.
