- Avocado130 g
- 70% Melted Cocoa Chocolate125 g
- Whey Protein Sabir Vanilla30 g
- Vanilla Extract1 teaspoon
- Crushed Cashew Nuts to taste
- Beat the avocado in the mixer or blender until it becomes a very smooth paste, without lumps. Mix the avocado, melted chocolate, whey protein, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Place the mixture in the fridge for at least 4 hours. I suggest making it at night and letting it rest in the fridge until the next day. Roll up the sweets and roll them in the crushed cashews. Put them in the fridge again until it's time to serve them. You can store them in the fridge for up to 5 days.
